Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Engineer 

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Ability to support 24×7 operation along with operational and project-related assignments. 
  • Deliver complex project requirements and tasks. 
  • Provide day-to-day support to the users of the AVEVA System Platform. 
  • Create and maintain Technical and Root Cause Analysis documentation. 
  • Work closely with users to troubleshoot issues and research methods of improving business processes within the Automation systems. 
  • Support the integration between the System Platforms and the other systems. 
  • Support the integration between the System Platform system and PLCs. 
  • Analytical skills needed for vertical integration between PLC, SCADA, and ERP systems. 
  • Work closely with Customer Excellence Team and Delivery Managers 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automation, industrial software, or a related discipline 
  • Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the AVEVA System Platform 
  • Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in the Information Technology and Manufacturing industry experience. 
  • Good knowledge of Automation systems and proven experience in PLCs/RTU/DDC/DCS 
  • MS SQL Server, Relational DB Technologies 
  • Experience in development/programming is required 
  • Good knowledge of F&B is highly appreciated
