Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Engineer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Main Responsibilities:
- Ability to support 24×7 operation along with operational and project-related assignments.
- Deliver complex project requirements and tasks.
- Provide day-to-day support to the users of the AVEVA System Platform.
- Create and maintain Technical and Root Cause Analysis documentation.
- Work closely with users to troubleshoot issues and research methods of improving business processes within the Automation systems.
- Support the integration between the System Platforms and the other systems.
- Support the integration between the System Platform system and PLCs.
- Analytical skills needed for vertical integration between PLC, SCADA, and ERP systems.
- Work closely with Customer Excellence Team and Delivery Managers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automation, industrial software, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in the AVEVA System Platform
- Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in the Information Technology and Manufacturing industry experience.
- Good knowledge of Automation systems and proven experience in PLCs/RTU/DDC/DCS
- MS SQL Server, Relational DB Technologies
- Experience in development/programming is required
- Good knowledge of F&B is highly appreciated
