In a major move advancing smart manufacturing across the Gulf, Alesayi Beverage Corporation (ABC) has embarked on a digital transformation journey at its flagship ABC1 facility in Jeddah, partnering with AVEVA Select Gulf and AITS, alongside Roima Intelligence as the MES implementation specialist.
This project highlights our shared commitment to driving industrial innovation in the region. The state-of-the-art AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System (MES) will transform operations at Alesayi’s 75,000 m² plant, an advanced site producing carbonated soft drinks, energy beverages, malt drinks, and iced tea at an impressive capacity of 225,000 cans per hour.

The Project: AVEVA Composable MES
Starting in July 2025, Roima will lead the design and implementation of the AVEVA Composable MES, fully integrated with SCADA and connected to business systems like ERP, and future-ready for CMMS and LIMS integrations. This implementation will drive:
- Greater production efficiency and throughput
- Improved real-time visibility, reporting, and decision-making
- Enhanced product quality, compliance, and traceability

The design phase will run through Q3 2025, with go-live targeted for Q2 2026, in close collaboration with on-site teams in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
